　   “公务接待是个筐，啥都往里装”，据不完全统计，全国一年的接待费开支3000亿元人民币。笔者对一个县的抽样调查发现，接待费开支中的“同城宴请”占40%以上，名目繁多，可谓五花八门。一是单位互请，单位之间、部门之间办理正常公务时互请，还美其名曰“联络感情”。二是无客自请，单位之间和单位内部没有任何公务，只是为了“打牙祭”。三是私客公请，不属于正常公务接待的同学会、同乡会、朋友会，甚至家庭聚会等，也冠以公务接待费之名。“同城宴请”不但开支大、漏洞大，而且浪费惊人、赊帐现象普遍，尽管各级各部门都下发文件严禁“同城宴请”，但收效甚微。
