Statistics and Census Bureau data show that passengers in the second quarter of 2010

Per capita consumption

It was 1575 yuan (Macao yuan, the same below), an increase of 3% over the same quarter in 2009.


According to the statistics of tourist origin, the highest consumption of mainland tourists was 2397 yuan, while the average per capita consumption of passengers in Southeast Asia, Hongkong and Taiwan was 1349 yuan, 1068 yuan and 787 yuan respectively.


In addition, the per capita consumption of stay guests and non staying guests increased by 26% and 41% respectively, at 2635 yuan and 665 yuan respectively.


In the second quarter of 2010, the per capita non shopping consumption (excluding gambling consumption) was 813 yuan, which was 20% lower than that in the same quarter of 2009. The two consumption of accommodation and food accounted for 46% and 34% of non shopping consumption respectively.


On the other hand, the average per capita consumption of tourists is 761 yuan, an annual increase of 49%. It is mainly used for hand letter / food (24% of shopping consumption), clothing (18%) and jewelry / watches (17%).

The average stay time of stay passengers was 1.7 days, an increase of 0.1 days compared with the same quarter in 2009, while the average stay time of stay passengers was 0.2 days as compared with that in 2009.
