Heng Yuanxiang Won The "Shanghai Mayor Quality Award"

　 On the morning of the 25th, the 2009 "Shanghai Mayor Quality Award" award ceremony was held. The Shanghai Mayor's Quality Award, established in 2008, is the highest government award in the city's quality field. Together with the Shanghai Quality Gold Award established in 2002, it forms the government's quality award system.
