The International Ceramic Fair was opened in Jingdezhen, China's ceramic capital. Han Qide, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, attended the Expo and announced its opening.


China Jingdezhen International Ceramic Fair (hereinafter referred to as the "porcelain Fair") is an international professional exposition jointly organized by the Ministry of Commerce of China, China Light Industry Federation, China Council for the promotion of international trade and the Jiangxi Provincial People's government.

The exhibits cover daily ceramics, art ceramics, high-tech ceramics, international ceramics, creative ceramics, ceramic painting and calligraphy, and ceramic machinery, raw materials, packaging and other auxiliary materials and related industries.


During the Expo, China will also hold an international forum on China's high technology ceramics, a summit of world ceramic city mayors, the first international exhibition of ceramic art competition, an international art ceramics auction, an international seminar on imperial kiln, a millennium kiln fire pmission, and a ceramic seminar, trade and cultural exchange with unique folk custom porcelain "three saints".


It is understood that the porcelain Fair was first held in 2004 for seven years, attracting a total of 3600 exhibitors and purchasing companies from 49 countries and regions in the world. There were more than 30000 guests from abroad and home, and tourism and sightseeing personnel reached 100 million.

Porcelain Fair has gradually developed into a world ceramic pageant and an international trading platform, promoting the world ceramics in commerce and trade.
