Polyester and short prices have continued to decline in recent days, the domestic market price fell to 1.07-1.09 million yuan / ton, Sichuan and Chongqing market quoted 11 thousand and 500 yuan / ton, the actual paction has a discount, compared with last week fell 300-500 yuan / ton, but the price decline also did not bring.

The growth of the market is more light.

In this week's yarn and cloth quotation, some textile enterprises have lowered their quotations, 40 cotton yarn quoted price is 2.8-2.85 yuan / ton, the reduction rate is 6.7%, 32 pure cotton yarn quoted price is 2.65-2.75 yuan / ton, the reduction rate is 5.18%, and the 21 pure cotton yarn quoted price is 2.45-2.65 yuan / ton, the reduction rate is 9.26%.

T65/C35 45 polyester cotton yarn quoted price 2.2-2.3 10000 yuan / ton, the reduction rate is 6.4%; T65/C35 32 polyester cotton yarn quoted price 21 thousand yuan / ton, the reduction rate is 6.7%.

The quotations for all 63 "wide grey fabrics" are reduced by 0.10-0.80 yuan / m.

According to the textile enterprises, the prices of yarn and cloth fell sharply with the raw materials, but the production costs except raw materials were rising sharply.

The sharp decline has forced the spin off of all spinning enterprises.

In the difficult situation, the attitude of each textile enterprise has obvious differentiation.

First, some enterprises are speeding up the adjustment of the variety structure, clearing inventory and accounts receivable, putting pressure on the marketing team to fulfil their tasks, and increasing sales force; two, some enterprises are taking advantage of the opportunities of the market downturn and RMB appreciation to speed up the technological upgrading mode.

A spinning enterprise in Sichuan has recently purchased 60 thousand imported long cars and matching spinning equipment, laying a solid foundation for enhancing competitiveness.

However, most of Sichuan and Chongqing textile enterprises are small in scale, not equipped enough and have difficulty in financing. Therefore, many small and medium-sized textile enterprises are not confident enough.

Some small textile enterprises shareholders are reluctant to invest again because they are not optimistic about the future market, so shuffling is inevitable.

This week, Chengdu, Kang Baoxing, Mianyang textile, Guangyuan Longteng, Dengying Tianjiao and dongjintian 5 enterprises adjusted their varieties and quotations, and invited relevant customers to pay attention to them.
