Because of the reasons of taxes and customs duties, the sales price of these garment brands in China is 30% higher than that in Europe. Adjusting production and marketing strategies has become the main task of competition with Chinese local clothing brands.

In order to reduce manufacturing costs, raw materials procurement and production of these brands are moving to Vietnam, Bangladesh and other countries.
