Soon after Yang fled, he surrendered himself and the case will be adjudged sentencing.

At the trial site, the Jinjiang Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau invited 20 business representatives to sit in.

"The establishment of an ecological Tribunal" in a similar case can create a better atmosphere for environmental protection, and punish and educate the masses as well.

The relevant person in charge of the Jinjiang Environmental Protection Bureau said that organizing the representatives of enterprises to attend the trial on the spot will help enhance the awareness of environmental protection of the owners and abide by the laws and regulations of the state.

At the scene, an electroplating business owner said he was deeply touched by the audit.
