According to the contents of the agreement, the two sides will take the postal universal service network as the basis and promote the coordinated development of postal service and express service in rural areas as the cooperation content, expand the rural postal delivery market and serve the development of rural electric business.

The Fujian bureau pointed out that promoting the cooperation of postal delivery and going to the countryside to enter the village is a key move to implement the spirit of the general secretary Xi Jinping's instructions, and it is also an effective channel to further enhance the support and cohesion of the universal postal service network and push forward the express delivery to the villages. It is in line with the interests of all parties to cooperate with the courier to go to the countryside to enter the village.

China Post Group Co., Ltd., Fujian branch, said it will strengthen joint efforts with all courier companies, continue to increase capital investment, implement the postal fast cooperation service control mechanism, effectively guarantee the quality of service and delivery time, and jointly enhance the delivery service level in rural areas.

The Fujian Bureau said that the next step would be to take the postal 11+1 cooperation project as the starting point, and whether to implement the "sending in villages" as the basic criterion to evaluate the effectiveness of postal cooperation, and to promote the cooperation of mail and fast cooperation.

It is understood that the State Post Office issued this year's "express village three year action plan" (2020-2022 years).
