How Can Project Managers Improve Their Business Capabilities?

First, regular training in schools.

Choose someone you think is worth learning as a model of study, take the initiative to visit him, ask him to be your tutor, consult him regularly on various matters at work, introduce you to the industry's predecessors, guide your development path, establish a wide range of interpersonal networks, and get professional help when necessary.
